Mr. Prateek Raushan is an Advocate enrolled with the Delhi State Bar Council and practises across Delhi/NCR. He holds a B.A. LL.B. (Hons.) from Bennett University and has spent more than two years on matters that move between the courtroom and the boardroom.
His litigation work covers civil and criminal disputes, along with compensation claims after accidents. Alongside it, he advises on taxation (Income Tax and GST), corporate compliance and commercial contracts, and on protecting what businesses and individuals value most: their ideas through Intellectual Property and their information through Data Privacy.
Each matter gets the same method: establish the facts, map the law and the deadlines, then give clear, practical advice. His practice is driven by principle, precision and purpose.
